product that competes with a BlvkWare offering.
For clarity, the following are expressly permitted:
internal use of any scale, use in continuous
integration, use inside an agent or developer tool you
operate for your own organisation, security research,
and evaluation.

pkgguard (Apache License 2.0) by dev/sync-corpus.py. They carry pkgguard's
licence, not this one.
The HALLUX phantom ledger itself is licensed separately. The rolling 30-day
public subset is free with attribution; the full history, model attribution
and live feed are under a commercial licence. See
